Thank you for visiting with me! I am excited to ask for the opportunity to be an Ada County Commissioner. First, I want you to know I’m here to listen to all who want to share their ideas with me. My style is very encouraging of open discussion and figuring out what works, not what fits a political party. I want to be the champion of freedom and fiscal responsibility in Idaho.
Wise decisions about the Ada County Budget means the taxpayers pay less in taxes, and government operates within the same principles and constraints as any household.
I will bring an ultra-fiscally conservative perspective to the responsibilities and budget of our local government. I am absolutely adamant that government needs to be out of citizens lives as much as possible. Further, I have the backbone to reduce government. It is my first and top priority.
We need to fight unconstitutional federal bureaucracies that are costing the county MILLIONS. We can do a better job keeping our county safe and clean locally, without burdensome, costly and ineffective federal oversight. The approach of reducing government and letting people run their own lives and businesses will bring freedom and prosperity back to Ada County.
